I've found out everything myself, now i one day can write a tutorial.

This isnt funny.
But ok, you must just import the md3 and try to make the your model the same position and angle as the original.

So, I've made the new blaster pistol model. Everything is done but the first person view. It's about *_hand.md3 how to make it look good not as the weapon on top of the screen?

You're kidding don't you?
Npcs shoot with their own firerate, not from weapons.dat. My briar is an uzi and has huge firerete but they shoot slow.

Sorry for making so many topics. But this thime is about weapon converting. My weapon looks fine in 3ds max and milkshape but when i export and look at it in md3view, texture coordinates gone. What to do.
