    Is it a bug or a feature ? When I'm not logged in jkhub, I see the new wallpaper (from mp/duel8). When I am logged, I get the old wallpaper from t3_bounty :-)

      The only time it doesnt change is if you manually set it at some point. Otherwise it would have changed for you automatically. The old theme is still there, too.
