[Request] Saberstaff to Dual?

Hi all! One my favorite aspects of the expanded universe is what I call the "disconnecting saber staff", where the wielder could separate their staff in the middle and then have a saber in each hand. The only person who had one that comes to mind (I'm certain there are more) is Asajj Ventress. Is it possible to have a saber style in JKA where you can switch between dual and staff mode? Does a mod like this already exist? I've done some digging but couldn't find any. Thank you very much!

At least for single player it's achievable with minor modifications: the Alorea mod team used the mouse wheel scroll to switch from single sword to staff to dual swords. However I'm not exactly sure how they did it.

Another minor modification allows the player to cut in half a lightsaber staff, which will cause the enemy to use the two halves in a dual saber stance.

I'm not sure all of this would be possible or easily achievable in MP though.
