New and Need some guidance

I recently downloaded two great mods from two seperate authors and would like to put the head model from one mod to the head of the other mod. If you need  specifics, then here it is. The body of the player model "Revan" by Lizfizz (ref. https://jkhub.org/topic/5252-revan/?hl=revan) would look spectacular with the head of the "SW:TOR Revan" by RevanKnight (ref. https://jkhub.org/topic/4957-swtor-revan/?hl=revan), specifically the head of Revan wearing his mask with the hood up and down. Now I do NOT plan on doing a release of this edit, because it is for personal use ONLY. Unless the public wants a release then I will contact the mod authors for their consent and of course give credit for it, if it should happen. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

So sorry to probably post this in the wrong section, however I have run into a snag. When trying to isolate the head of the LizFizz Revan in order to delete it, there are MULTIPLE heads because this is a model like one with Single player customization. Any tips on how to proceed?
