Any way to make the player WALK by default instead of running?

So whenever you move with WASD keys then you always run. And if you press in Shift, you walk. But is there a console command or something that makes your character walk and Shift makes him run?

In the menu there's an option for "Always run" or something similar. Try that.

Controls -> Other -> Always run: No
