Old Ben Kenobi Model Author

I am working on a project that uses this Old Ben model as a basis which I found posted on a forum years ago:

 

 

However I don't know who the original author is so that I can provide credit, so I am hoping someone here at the jkhub can provide me with answer as to who created the original model and textures.
