SecretApprentice Posted January 8, 2015 Author Posted January 8, 2015 Can you check that you have anisotropic filtering set to max (16)? Should be able to find it in the game menu ("more video" I think?) Can you post a screenshot of where you set the antialiasing settings in your graphics card's control panel? I got the anisotropic filtering bar all the way up in the game if that's what you're saying. Here is a pic of my global settings on my control panel.
ensiform Posted January 8, 2015 Posted January 8, 2015 Could you provide a console log from after the map loads? Use code tags or something.
SecretApprentice Posted January 9, 2015 Author Posted January 9, 2015 Could you provide a console log from after the map loads? Use code tags or something. Is this what you mean?

Just copy and paste that text to pastebin or something similar.
SecretApprentice Posted January 10, 2015 Author Posted January 10, 2015 /condump console.txt will create a text file called "console.txt" that will give us a text log of technical information ensi is looking for to help you. I hope I'm not sounding like a noob here
ensiform Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Hmmm, I don't think condump was added to SP by OpenJK... O.o I'll look. Edit: No it was not added by OpenJK, was in retail JASP exe. Did you try without using the '/' ?

ensiform Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 You have r_ext_compress_textures enabled. Which is probably the cause.
ensiform Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Looks like you have a lot of other issues going on there too. Not sure what you are trying to do with "run" or what it is. cl_run is the auto run cvar. 1 being default to auto run afaik. +speed is the command to do the opposite (walk if auto run, or run if auto run is off) bind shift +speed

I tried to delete everything but it would still give me that error. About the r_compressed_textures how would I turn that off?
ensiform Posted January 11, 2015 Posted January 11, 2015 Try r_ext_compress_textures 0 in the console. And restart the game.
SecretApprentice Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 Nevermind about the run error just reset defaults.
SecretApprentice Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 Thats a zero not an o btw. Yeah man I noticed, and I checked it said it is currently on 0 default is 1.
SecretApprentice Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 I could always install OLDER drivers somebody said that could help.
SecretApprentice Posted January 11, 2015 Author Posted January 11, 2015 I don't know what else there is left to do to fix this issue I'm having. Ensiform if you know any other possible way please tell me.
ensiform Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 At this point the only other thing I could recommend doing is using OpenJK. But you will probably have to re-configure everything.
