I've never been very artfully inclined. I can see stuff in my head but can't seem to get it on paper or whatever other medium the right way. Angel Soul likes this

I can see stuff in my head but can't seem to get it on paper or whatever other medium the right way. Thanks man. I am planing to release them as prints too. Heheh You know, sometimes, our own mind gets in the way. It is so when making paintings and drawings too.I've had this. And I am sure everyone meets it at some point. But it's only in the mind. I used to split image in different segments:base forms, base lines, base lighting. When you do, you can work on each one, without worrying on the other. Trying to tackle all at once, especially in images with more complex lighting, are greatly demotivational things. Split the image in these segments, work yourself on one at a time, and know that that's okay, without worrying too much on the others. One thing at a time. Give it a shot. And see how far you'll come.Would be nice to see something that you make. I'd sure be happy to see.
