Weird ERROR in GTK

Hey I got a very weird ERROR as I tried to save my map as a BSP.  

 

 

 

Im using GTK Radiant- 1.3.12  and it worked ok so far, loads all models and textures but today, as I tried to create a BSP - it gave me an ERROR.
I saved my map again, renamed it from cube_pool to 'autosave.map' and now it magically allows me to create a BSP - any ideas what is going on here?

Is that a newly created map on Radiant 1.4? There's a save bug in 1.4 from Vista onwards, either change the save dialog to the GTK version in the preferences, in which case you'll have to manually add .map to the filenames, or preferrably upgrade to 1.6.
