Mb2 Cloud city map???

Hello all I just really wanted to know how this particular map is going. I talked to its developer MCM about it a while ago and he said he was 96% finished and that was well over a year ago. He had said he handed the map over to the Mb2 Devs and that was all he knew. I really want to eventually play this map the JA community really needs it! With that said I would like to know who had this Map in their possession and I want to know if they are willing to release it eventually to JA.
