Comments under news stories broken on mobile site

Using an iPhone to read one of the news stories, the formatting for the comments underneath the story are completely messed up. I'll see if I can get a screenshot.

I believe I fixed it, @@Xycaleth, can you verify? Also made the quotes look slightly better.

Yeah, you fixed it somewhat.

 

The mobile site needs a lot of work still. Something we should probably get busy on soon.
