Dusty
So say in the controls menu, I add a new key. It's a button for binding a new command, like say "vstr block1", and the key in the menu is listed as Manual Block: ???. Now when you click on it and press the button you want to bind this to, the key bind listing stays as "???". Now, fortunately the appropriate button will exec the command during gameplay, however it's just frustrating that the menu won't display the button you currently have binded for that command. I'm pretty sure this isn't because of the setup for the menu item for the block command. I think it has something to do with the game not recognizing "vstr block1" as a bindable command. therfiles likes this Link to comment
Dusty
What I'm wondering, is this something simply addressed by some tweaking and clever vstr use? Or is this something fixable only through coding methods? I'm assuming the latter. Link to comment
eezstreet
It's hardcoded in a table. Link to comment
Dusty
Thank you for the reply. I think I might have an idea for a little trick around this. Link to comment
