Species multiple models

Is it possible to add multiple models to a single species selection for a SP campaign? For example I'm trying to merge two Ithorian models with seperate .glm files and was wondering if it was possible to place these both in the same pk3 file.

It depends on the model and what you’re trying to achieve. If they share the same GLM then yes. If not, you’d have to do some kitbashing work in Blender to combine them.
