This website fulfils a lot of different criteria, but I would say that the strongest focus is providing a central location for people to share and download mods for Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy! We provide forums so people can support one another in pursuit of that creativity and to keep alive the games we all enjoy. The founder, @Caelum, also provides server hosting for them.
