The reason we stay up at night is because we keep our rooms warm, our artificial lights on, and ourselves vertical. Otherwise we sleep like babies when the night comes.

I did not know there was such a thing as fruit tea..I have to look into that. I actually almost always have my windows open lol. I mostly just dont sleep because of a.d.d and horrible insomnia XD. If i get more than 3 hours in a night i call it a win. lol.

I know two things that are great against insomnia: daily physical exercise (best in the evenings to tire you out, and spend the extra energy), and a comfy bed with warm (non-caffeinated) tea, where you feel safe. Have you tried moving your bed to a different position in your room? Sometimes that helps. If there's water flowing in pipes below that can disturb your sleep without your knowing.

Praise those who can actually run it.

I prefer the new DOOM game.

I run it max settings and with 100 or so mods mostly armor mods I made.
