  2. http://imgur.com/a/fXUFM Well what can I say, it worked on new map but does not work on mine :l
  3. never heard of this cmd, I'll try it out.
  4. I tried this, still bright, also which part of the map would you like to see, it's not a single room.
  5. Radiant version 1.6.4 BSP options: http://imgur.com/a/EfwZ5 I'll try and do a small room with light.
  6. Yes I did use other bsp options, (single) BSP -meta, (single) BSP -vis, and I followed some tutorial I found on youtube which said to use (final)BSP -meta -vis -light -fast -filter -super 2 or (simulate old style -light -extra) and it always gives bright effect. I'am new to map making so pls be precise
  7. Yes but normally, when you compile the map without a light it should be dark shouldn't it? when mine is actually bright just like during the day time.
  8. Hello. I've been recently working on some small map in gtkradiant, I decided to add some light and test it. I did that by just placing "light" and exporting map in some of last exporting methods like "simulate old style -light" etc. While testing it, map looks like there is light everywhere, it's kinda bright. I decided to delate "light" and test it again, but map is still bright. My question is, why is map bright no matter which exporting method I use and how to add light properly? *I ment lighting, not lightning, spelling error.
  9. Are you kidding? Jk3 costs 10$ on Steam dude xD.
  10. This mod is for fans of Star Wars saga and not only, yes I agree its very similar to ja+ servers, but not every person know how to install mods such as maps, skins, effects or textures or have no willing to do. It makes installation easier and makes this game at least look a little bit newer. You dont need to download tons of stuff separately, You just download one thing and You got everything. Thats why it gathers everything so you dont need to look for every skin by Yourself. Fire Phoenix is right about that less and less players, play jk3, I think making mods such as this one is good idea to attract some attention and bring people back to the game.
  11. I have mistaken "Report" button with "Reply" button, I am sorry. What I wanted to say was Movie Battles is only about competition. In kotf you can just chill, gather with friends and speak about old times or compete aswell.
  12. In jk3 case, there are not too many videos about how to do such things. I am trying to follow some tutorials i found on this site too. Like I said I just started working with it and I need some help.
  13. I just exported basic square object and as you said i triangulated it and exported it in object mode. It worked, now I don't know why it is not workig with vase model, don't know how to add textures too.
  14. I exported it again in Object mode, nothing changed.
  15. You asked if this model is triangulated? No it is not. Edit: I triangulated it, and it does not help
  16. Well actually there is no any error, I pressed export, file exported as .md3 then I put it to the model folder packed it and put into a base folder, tried to spawn it as an object ingame but nothing appeared, there was not any error. I also changed scale ingame (using lugormod), but object did not appear.
  17. Hey it is my first topic here, I hope you can help me. I started working on moddeling stuff for jk3, I am using Blender ver. 2.77 ( I dont really know which program is good or which is bad for doing such things). I did my first model of vase or bowl based on tutorial i found on yt. I used some plug-in to export it as .md3 file and it was not working. I dont know what I am missing, can you help me to learn basics and give some advices? Thanks for any reply.
