I really like it! I hope we can see more of your work in the future.

I've been experimenting too with the Gigapixel programs by upscaling them to 2x and I was able to implement some textures of skins and models ingame. To be honest, there IS difference and looks better.

I also found in another website that someone upscaled most of JKA textures x4 (up to 4k of resolution). For me it is an overkill if you are not playing on a 4k TV to notice the difference and the loading times (which it was pointed out by the creator of the mod) is too much if you are not going to be able to play it in 4k.

So, I have my personal project to upscale all the playermodels files from base JKA and from other singlepayers mods and play through them when I finish upscaling all of them.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge! It happened to me when playing Jedi Outcast mod in Jedi Academy, wanting to change the skin for Kyle whenever he went to a new planet, so this post is insightful!

I had the same issue with Modview, I posted months ago and no one replied/helped. Not sure how it started, I think it was when I installed windows 8/10.

I never found the route of the problem, but downloading Xycaleth's modview was the workaround for me and wasn't really an issue for me anymore as I had an alternative.

Just did what you suggested, eliminating the old ModView first before unzipping the one from the link you gave me. It's still has the same problem. :/

The mouse does work very fine in any other program.

I'm pretty sure I'm not using the Mac version, 'cause in the time that JKfiles still existed, I downloaded from there, unzipped and kept it like that in an external drive.

When I got the new laptop, I just copied and paste the unzipped folder in (C:)

Thank you for your reply Bek. I tried with a different mouse and even with the mousepad but it still do the same thing. I even tried restarting the laptop ('cause most of the time works) but it didn't worked either.

Hi all.

So, I just bought a new computer and installed again ModView, but I am having problems when I try to rotate the model slowly by clicking it with left click, but it goes fast and crazy and I can't get it at the right angle where I want it. I don't know why it happens

Any way to fix this? If not, is there any program that can replace ModView?

So, not so long ago I installed JKA once more in my newest laptop, but before I do anything I always go to options to modify the video settings, sound, etc.

My screen uses a resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels (which is the hisghest possible in my computer) and I put in JKA that same resolution, but the game doesn't get widescreen in fullscreen.

In the past, JKA was able to get in fullscreen in my laptop until I formatted my computer... Any ideas or any clues of what happened? Or am I crazy and JKA wasn't able to get widescreen from the beginning?

I used to play a lot Soul Calibur IV...
