  1. Now, Linux works. Next step : make JKA working (with OpenJK linux). How to open the console ? The small 2 (azerty) doesn't work. And where is located the openjk.cfg ???

Oh thanks ! Hidden files were already displayed and I made a research of the word "openjk" but it didnot display any cfg. Seems that hidden files are not included in the Search function of Linux :-)

Other strange bug : the small 2 is not recognized. I need to find a new bind for the console.

I'm not sure I understand. You mean the @/2 key is not working at all? That doesn't sound like a software, but a hardware problem. The file explorer's search function is dependant on how it's configured. It may be configured to ignore hidden folders, or if you haven't run OpenJK yet, then the CFG has not been created yet, and therefore does not exist. That would explain why it's not finding it.

Worth noting that you can also use the Terminal to search with the command "find", and that will give you all results on the computer: http://linux.die.net/man/1/find

Basic usage: find (from where?) -iname (what?)

So to search for the term "openjk" from the folder you are currently in in the Terminal you would type: find . -iname *openjk*
