I know how to use scale inside a .npc file but is there a console command to change the size of your character?

Can you go over this again? I'm having trouble getting this to work. I made an npc called sithy. When I do playermodel sithy, it works fine. But when i do playermodel sithy model_default model_default model_default (the syntax you gave me, and I'm confused on why use model_default 3 times) anyway, it says sithy not found and loads stormtrooper.

So, tried Omnicron's suggestion... and got one of the more disturbing things I've yet to see in JKA. Not only was her arm invisible, but she had a gaping whole in her shoulder. And when she moved all kinds of ugly happened.

And how would this be done? Use a png and the part you want invisible be transparent?

To make part of a skin invisible? SAy, for instance, an arm?

Oh, one quick question. Many of the MP models have .skin files and playerchoice and such already. What is the difining issue thar makes them work only in MP?
