So.... I got the Rosh Keldor replacement, and I like the idea of not being able to see Rosh's face, but I'm trying to turn all to Jedi prequel style robes. Any idea what other keldor npc I should make rosh into?

  You can copy+paste an existing NPC file and just replace the details in it (with Notepad) to point to the new model instead of the old one.

  1. Take the NPC file from the Rosh replacement mod.
  2. Open it in Notepad.
  3. Change the 'playermodel' entry so that it points to the model folder from the Kel Dor I linked instead of the Rosh one.
  4. Save, and voila. The replacement mod will now use the prequel Kel Dor model instead of the base game one.
