ACW_JKHub Posted January 10, 2017 Posted January 10, 2017 I was just wondering if it were possible to install mods onto the App Store Version of Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy, or whether I will have to purchase the Steam Version and do it that way? Since I am a Mac user (Specifically Mac OS Sierra) I found it easier to purchase the App Store version of the Game. The mod that I'm trying to install is The New Order's Ultimate Hilt Pack. https://jkhub.org/files/file/3155-ultimate-hilt-pack/ Version of JK:JA: 1.0.1 Anyway, please provide any tips or directions in the comments, and thanks for the help! ~ACW
Solution Circa Posted January 10, 2017 Solution Posted January 10, 2017 The path to the base folder for the App Version is hidden somewhat deeply. You'll need to get to the user Library holder which is hidden by default. You can get to the Library folder by going to Finder, go up to the Go menu, hold down the Option key, and click Library. The base folder is in this directory: /Library/Containers/com.aspyr.jediacademy.appstore/Data/Library/Application Support/Jedi Academy/base I recommend making an alias/shortcut for it elsewhere so it's easier to find.
