Problem with push effect

Hello,

 

i hope somebody could help me because this problem is very annoying. My push effect is somehow screwed. It shows like white circle, not that "bubble". I tried to reinstall without mods but it is still the same. Are there any files which are hidden? There might be problem. btw it started after reinstalling to win10 but now im back on win7
