Shader question

Anyone know how to remove a certain part on a player model that has a shader, yet keep the rest of the shaders on it? Playing around with this one model and looking to just remove the shaders on the head and keep the rest.

Open shader file and look for the head texture, remove the portion that applies to the head and save.
