jakub742 Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Hi. Today i compiled the openJK for ARM by following this article: https://jkhub.org/topic/5549-running-dedicated-server-on-raspberry-pi/ Everything works fine but i cant connect to server because of this error. I dont know where is the problem im using fs_game MBII properly. Thx for answer. Here is my starting start.sh file - ./openjkded.arm +set fs_game MBII +set dedicated 2 +set net_port 29071 +exec server.cfg
Futuza Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 Well the error message seems to be telling you that your client version and server version are different. My guess openjk vs != jamp version.
jakub742 Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 is there any other way besides OpenJK to compile source to ARM with MBII mod ?
Futuza Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 is there any other way besides OpenJK to compile source to ARM with MBII mod ?Dunno. You'd be best off asking them at their forums. I actually didn't know you could use openjk for it.
eezstreet Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 It looks like you're trying to connect to a Base server instead of an MB2 server.
jakub742 Posted February 9, 2016 Author Posted February 9, 2016 It looks like you're trying to connect to a Base server instead of an MB2 server.Yea but im using fs_game with MB2 mod folder. Im able to run a MB2 maps too.
Xycaleth Posted February 9, 2016 Posted February 9, 2016 I'm going to guess the dedicated server can't load the MB2 game library because it's not been compiled for ARM architecture. So instead the server is running the base game instead. jakub742 likes this
