I have a question

Hello. 

 

I have two pack of skins that are apparently designed alike. 

 

My intention is to change some heads a pack for the other. I have no idea how. 

The pack that I want to change the heads is this:

You'll need a modeller to put the heads from one onto the other

Could you tell me which program should I use? I'm lost with the theme :S

You'd need to learn how to model first which I'm assuming you don't know how to. Just Google '3d modeling tutorials' and you'll get a load of results. In answer to your question, Blender, XSI Mod Tool and 3DS Max can all do it, as well as others (perhaps/most likely)
