Well here's a blast from the past

Hi. I used to map casually + host servers for:

- Forcemod 3 (CTF!)

- JKA siege

- Asteroids mod (and variations thereof)

Obscure communities in obscure games being what they are, those didn't last. (Asides from MB II, which is awesome but DotF's not really my cup of tea.)

 

However.

 

I think that with Steam and player-developed content, old games can still retain a good following. I approve of this project. My time's pretty limited, but if an opportunity to a semi-active siege/FM3/asteroids server pops up... I'm there.

I've heard about the asteroids mod quite a few times, does/did it have a website? We might be able to host it here/link to it via our Links directory.

@@SiLink: asteroids mod, last I remember, was:

- hosted on LucasFiles

- rolled into OJP

 

The standalone asteroids mod was pretty spaceship-centric, OJP had a whole bunch of extra stuff. Not sure which one is more viable nowadays.
