How do I increase the force mastery level to where I can select all the force powers? Also how do I remove the limit on the grapple?

Go to the dmflags section on that page, turn off realistic grapple and update it in your server.cfg

No, I am referring to increase of force powers where you can select all of them and not be limited by 0-7.
