Removing seams on the textured from moved vertices

Had to move the whole shoulder area to set it on JA's T pose and ended with some noticeable seams, looks worse on blender than it actually is. Is there a way to fix it without having to redo the whole thing?

I've being doing that, but i do not know what i'm exactly looking for. Also moving the UV around a bit the mark remains on the same vertice, maybe it's something related to the mesh? (I don't know what i'm talking about to be fair)...

What do you mean by "mark"? Are you referring to the sharp shadow? Lighting is based on normals, if there's a seam at that point you may want to merge the involved vertices or align their normals for smooth blending.
