We changed it for a good reason. It happened very often that one would give 5/5 stars to whatever files had been uploaded recently, and all they said was "Looks good" or "Nice". Meanwhile, the mods themselves had 0 downloads. We want to encourage members to actually download the mods in order for them to add proper reviews. Lwkill likes this
