so I saw a thread from a few years ago asking how to add a mod to the steam version and it said to set launch options and then put in the mod but what exactly should I type in if the mod folder is  PskIthorian.pk3 

 

I'm new to the game and just got it a few days ago so any help will be appreciated

The launch options apply to code mods, like JA+ or makermod. Since you're just installing a pk3, you can ignore that. Just copy it into the gamedata/base folder, and it will load automatically when the game is started.
