Problem with 1.01 (no servers?)

Hey guys, so, I finally wanted to install 1.01, but there's a problem :S

 

Since a year or so my cd-rom drive doesn't react anymore, don't know why and can't find the right drivers in internet, so: I installed Jedi Academy on my laptop, updated it to 1.01 and put it then on my PC by using my removable hard disk. After it I got to download the crack for 1.01 and everything works fine, the game started and I was able to start a game, but: There are no servers in the list. I tried all the different options, but nothing happened.

Could that be, because I still got another Jedi Academy diretory in LucasArts which I named "Jedi Knight Jedi Academy_Standart" and where 1.00 is still installed? Do I have to remove it or does 1.01 only work without a crack (I can't imagine that o.o)?

Doubt it, and you can't play online with a crack anyhow. Just use a virtual disc and it should work fine etc

 

As for servers not showing up, either the master server is down (entirely likely) or your firewall isn't permitting you to send packets to the master server.

Okay, I downloaded Daemontools and the JKA Image from GamesCopyWorld and did all the steps, but nothing happens :S There's a Jedi Academy process, but I can't open it
