Ceglus
Hello, excuse me if I make a few language mistakes. I installed Kotf, Singleplayer works without complaints, multi also ... but how to make your own server? From what I can see the author has made available https://www.moddb.com/mods/knights-of-the-force-21/downloads/kotf-multiplayer-server this possibility. Can anyone explain to me step by step? Because, unfortunately, if I want to play with my friends I do server "Internet" or "LAN" and I click on the dedicated one, the map loads, but there is such an error ... https://zapodaj.net/7c97eb80e4a3d.png.html Link to comment
Linken
There should be steps inside of the file. Though I'm not too sure, I didn't release that file, @@Fire Phoenix did. Link to comment
Ceglus
I started the server, thanks. but no one can join, or something needs to be changed in server files, I see the server but a friend even connecting directly, can not join Link to comment

Fire Phoenix
Does your server show on local list? Link to comment
Ceglus
Yes. You probably can not play it differently? I just wanted to play with friends Link to comment
Fire Phoenix
If you want the server to show on internet list you need to do something called port forwarding. To do that you need to enter your router / internet device website ( in website adress type 192.168.1.1 ) . When you're on the site, find applications & gaming section or something with ports. You should be able to see a list of programs and some ip options. In empty space put jampDed.exe and add port 29070 for both UDP and TCP. This should allow you to create visible server. As for the problem with textures, you need to put server files outside KotF / Jedi Academy files. Lets say your game is located in D:/Program Files/LucasArts/Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy you can put it in D:/Program Files/LucasArts/KotF Server. DO NOT mix server files with game files.
