JK2 'No Limits Mod' in Jedi Academy

Years ago, somebody made an interesting multiplayer mod for Jedi Outcast, which makes it possible to place a huge amount of trip mines. Also, the guns are firing much more faster.

I've never seen anything like that for Jedi Academy. Is there a way to make a similar mod for Jedi Academy that is also compatible with singleplayer?
