I havent tried xbmc on windows xp yet, but i'll have to try it. the closest i can get to a media center on linux is streamin to the 360 via ushare on linux

well, i dont got WMC, thats whats wrong with it, LOL and i read it only comes pre installed on exclusive versions of win xp/7

Geppie wavin, i was just wondering if there are any media centers besides the windows media center that will work with the xbox 360? i tried mediaportal, it wouldnt install, i tried plex, installed but wouldnt launch the webgui setup, lol. I have xbmc on linux, but it's not compatible with the 360 as it requires you to put in a numeric code for activation.
