  1. Perfect, that's right !!! Today I will play Movie Battles 2 finally! Thank you guys for the support.
  2. Well Didz I still having problems, and Im not using any kind of virtual machine. I made alot of clean install of Linux Mint, even Ubuntu 14, 15. And I still get the same bug, unfortunately. The only packages that I have installed to made the game able to run, are libSDL2-2.0 and the current nvidia binary driver.
  3. The result look the same that farbus get: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwTWT4xK3pb2Z2cwUDFuQnFMTkU/view?usp=sharing
  4. About WireShark, I don't have much experience with this program, but I hope that the report of the port 29070 can help you: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwTWT4xK3pb2Y0tpLVRoMDl2YXc/view This is the report of my attempt to connect to the server. When I made this report 5 people were connected and playing on the server. About connecting as "developer 1", sorry but could be more specific? How and where I have to connect me?
  5. Sorry, but I'm not running on VirtualBox or any kind of Virtual Machine. My network is perfect, I have problems connecting to these servers only, using Linux Mint. And thanks @farbus I appreciate your help!
  6. Yes I'm able to read and write on home directory. Remember that I can play perfectly in all non OpenJK Servers, I have problems only in this Linux distro, Linux Mint 17.1 and with OpenJK Servers. You need a screenshot from the game Main Menu?
  7. Hello, thank you for the attention, I will try to better describe the bug. When trying to connect to these specific servers using the OpenJK, the counter stays up forever with the message "Awaiting Challenge ..." Images: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwTWT4xK3pb2dzhDNTRYZlM2OVk/view https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BwTWT4xK3pb2VXlISVAzdWM3N0E/view I hope the pictures help you understand, they show the moment when I try to connect to the server "Zona Franga" (IP 54.207.32.73:2970), which uses the OpenJK. This only occurs in this Linux distribution, Mint Cinnamon 32 or 64 Bit and with these specific servers.
  8. Hello, I am McPixel, use the OpenJk with mod Movie Battles 2, quite some time on my Linux Mint 17.1 32bit. But a few weeks I noticed that I can not connect to two servers that are using OpenJK and the mod Movie Battles 2. The servers are "Zona Franga" (IP 54.207.32.73:2970) and "MIAMI NOVICE" (IP 192.157.253.83:29070), both servers belong to a friend, I played a lot on these servers, since the beginning of the year. But only now I have this problem, that can not connect to these servers that are using OpenJK. Me and my friend, the owner of these two servers, we tested several Linux distributions, including: Ubuntu 14, 15 (32bit and 64Bit) Linux Mint 17.1 (32bit and 64Bit) And we confirm that the problem only occurred in Linux Mint 17.1, which is based on Ubuntu 14. I can play on all servers, perfectly, except those that use OpenJK. The Client build of OpenJK that we use is included in the Mod installation package "Movie Battles 2". Link: http://cdn.moviebattles2.com/releases/MBII_V1.2.2_Full.zip (mbii.i386 file). The Server build of OpenJK that we use is also included in the installation package for servers. Link: http://cdn.moviebattles2.com/releases/MBII_V1.2.2_OJK.zip And to make the game work we installed the following packages: sudo apt-get install libc6: i386 libgcc1: gcc-4.8-base i386: i386 libstdc ++ 5: i386 libstdc ++ 6: gcc-multilib i386 g ++ - multilib libopenal-dev: i386 libsdl2-dev libsdl2-2.0-0: i386 ia32-libs sudo add-apt-repository ppa: mir-team / staging sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install libsdl2-dev sudo apt-get install mercurial debhelper dh-autoreconf libasound2-dev libgl1-mesa-dev libudev-dev-dev libpulse libdbus-1-dev-dev libx11 libxcursor-dev-dev libXext libXi-dev-dev libxinerama libxrandr libxss-dev-dev libxt libxxf86vm-dev-dev If you can test the OpenJK build from Movie Battles 2 Mod in a mint Linux 17.1 (32 or 64 Bit), and try to connect to servers that use OpenJK in the case "Zona Franga" (IP 54.207.32.73:2970) and "MIAMI NOVICE" (IP 192.157.253.83:29070), you may find this bug. I know that this problem may be related to the specific OpenJK build used by the mod Movie Battles 2, but if anyone can help me I will be grateful.
