File uploader not working?

I'm trying to update a file and every time I choose my file and then click on attach file it goes through the uploading process but then this happens:

 

 

As far as I can tell it isn't my internet connection as I can upload to other sites, if it helps I'm using Chrome.

How big is the file? Is it a zip file? Our restrictions are on the right hand side of your screenshot.

 

I just tested uploading a file using Chrome and it worked fine.

 

EDIT: Also make sure your Chrome is updated.

Thanks for getting back to me, not sure what the problem was but I just tried it again after getting back from work and it seems to be working fine for me now.
