Hi Gentlemen, I come with a doubt that I have long ago and it is about these 2 commands for the effects of the game in the first place my PC owns this:

Pentium ® Dual - Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60Ghz

4,00GB

64bits

Display : 64hrz

I use the Mod JA++ and I do not work the Glow and Lights, could someone explain?

Thanks :) !

I'm not really sure I understand the question. What happens when you enable dynamic glow? Can you take a screenshot with it disabled and another with it enabled?

That happens because as far as I can remember japp menus no longer up to date with current cgame version. So this might the problem. Try to do /cvarlist and find everything yourself ( assume you're using openjk )

The dynamic lighting toggle isn't actually disabling anything related to the glow from lights or the saber. It affects whether the game produces lights from your sabers, guns, explosions on the ground etc.

Also, you didn't list and nvidia or amd gpu so most likely using onboard video which may not actually support dynamic glow at all due to lack of hardware features and GL extensions.

Use the console. Those menus are many years out of date.
