Lamented Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Hey. I delved into the Sith Customization pack using ModView and I created a lookalike of the Dark Apprentice from TFU2. (The head actually looks abit like Starkiller imo, but that's for you to judge.) Anyway, I want to export this customization and use it as a separate model so I can replace something in MBII with it. Does anyone know how to do that? If it's difficult to do, could someone perhaps lend a hand? Also, here it is. You might discover why I want it separate so badly.
Ruxith Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 You find the head/lower/torso .skin files, copy the contents from all 3 and put them into one empty notepad file, then save it as "customname.skin".Then you'll need to find all of the textures that it uses and only include those into your pk3 file.If you're unsure how to lay out a pk3 file, look into other skin PK3's and you'll get the hang of it. You could also copy the sounds files for the skin/make your own, and i'd suggest taking the shader but you'll have to remove a lot of shaders that won't be used with your skin from that pack.
