Note that clients need to have dynamic light enabled to see the difference (NOT dynamic glow). Also, IIRC the light generates from the origin value vice the bmodel position, which makes placement easier but occasionally means you have to consider various rendering limits like portals and whatnot because the entity rendering depends on the bmodel position itself.
