The thing is that I was able to activate the hook, but when I use it, a bar appears that is used up while I occupy it, which does not happen in other servers. Does anyone know how to remove that bar and make it infinite? ):

Check your dmflags even if hook fuel is set to off it will still show if dmflags are not set right
