For anyone wondering in the future who is trying to find your saves for mods like JA Enhanced. Go to your documents, My games, and then you should see JA Enhanced or whatever client you'll be using. It has it's own Base folder, and Saves folder. Just copy and paste your saves from Steam or GOG, into the Saves folder for JA in the documents. Sorry to add to a year old thread, but figured since there wasn't a solution given I should provide it. Edit: Nevermind, I should've tested this before saying anything. Not entire sure why this doesn't work.
