I know, I thought of the same thing. I used the body of a shadowtrooper for the kitbash, but it will have it's own body in the future.

Which version of the guard are you basing this off of? Crimson Empire or some other form or reference?

I plan to base it on the Crimson Empire comic, yes. But only the helmet is definitive so far. I've modeled it a very long time ago and then left it there.
