Well, Pakscape can be used for opening PK3 files, Notepad++ can come in handy, GTK Radiant is used for making maps, Audacity is used for Audio editing and GIMP is a good program for texture editing - it's basically free Photoshop.

I'm afraid Notepad is the only tool I heard of that I think I know how to use.

Hey there. I just got my account here, however I have gotten mods from here before getting an account. If anyone can help me out with modding (because I'm an idiot when it comes to making mods), I could use some help.
