My solution: You need to create 2 not too big equalizations after each normalize and that is it. (If you can not remove the noise it will sound bad.) I needed this in order to get the sounds for a certain model and I am happy with the results.

Also, make sure you amplify your sound before. After it is pretty tricky you would need to go selecting specific parts and that will take time.
