Not bad! However, for me it was never how Rosh looked that annoyed me. It was his annoying voice. Even Mickey Mouse on helium would sound less annoying and arrogant, haha.
Well the zip file does include a seperate pk3 that lowers his voice if you're interested in that It really helps, but only to a certain extent. He still sounds pretty arrogant obviously.
