I really might just give up on the idea then lol cuz it would take me a year or two to have the knowledge to do this or even some of it myself and I'll be starting college within a year from now and I won't have the time to be learning how to do this. I really don't have the time now to learn, either. That's kinda why I started this topic....

What I'm trying to say is that I want this to be a learning experience for me. I don't learn from tutorials and stuff like that, I learn from someone showing it to me and me applying it to myself...

I'm relatively new to the Jedi Academy mods lol. But I've made plenty of Pokemon game mods XD and The Sims mods and a few other things. Gosh, now I look stupid...

Tell me exactly what it is you're wanting to know by mission/level structure and I'll tell you

The mission structure would really be well...very story-centered... What I mean is, there wouldn't be any "filler" action or stuff to waste time. I suppose the mission structure would make more sense if I had a sort of "screenplay" written up for you all to read... Anyway, I found plenty of images for Mandalore and Dathomir. Here's for Mandalore. First up is the landing platform and plaza-like place where Yan Solo Skywalker and Silara Hibliss are when they first arrive on Mandalore. Darth Corrace captures Luke there. Finally, on to Dathomir. There's a big war that happens here between Rebel/New Republic soldiers and the droid army. You play as all the members of the Jedi Council as they drive back the droids on different fronts. Well, all the Council members besides Luke. Here's some screenshots of a mod someone did for a different game that is exactly how I imagined it to be. First, you fight Darth Corrace as Yan and get your hand cut off then you play as Luke and force Corrace to retreat. The end of the story/mod is a scene where Yan and Silara are back on Mandalore at the synthetic lake place making out so there you go guys. Hope this gets you all as interested and wanting to make this dream a reality as much as I do

Well, I started on drawing Mandalore and I remembered that I got the ideas for all the places on these planets from watching other movies and thinking "Hey, that gives me an idea!!!!" so instead of wasting like 5 days drawing all the different places, I could just find pictures of the places that gave me the ideas and tell you the changes I added to them to make them part of my story. And that's what I'm going to start doing right now.

Alright then that's what I'll do Just to be clear, I don't have to draw the Jedi Temple or the Senate Building, right? Because there's already existing models? I mean maps

I mean for Coruscant we could just use existing Senate Building maps and Jedi Temple maps too. For Mandalore and Dathomir though, I could definitely draw them. I'm a bit of an artist. Been drawing since I was a wee lad lol

By qualifications, what do you mean? lol. And, just to try to get people interested, here are some pictures of the New Jedi Council. There's only seven of them but hey, give em time lol. You all know Luke Skywalker is the Grand Master. Kyle Katarn is on the New Council too. You all know what they look so I'll skip them. This is Tang Unala. The first person Luke trained in my story. He's a rather chill guy and he tried to add some humor to the Council meetings. She's the most caring and nurturing member of the New Order and has never, on record, lost control of her emotions. Then there's this guy. His name is Aphecyn Shaffit. He's my personal favorite. He is the last surviving Sith Pureblood in the Star Wars galaxy. Kyle found his mother who was about to die from the Blue Shadow Virus. She reluctantly told Kyle to take her only son and look after him. Kyle took him in, trained him, but withheld the truth of their initial encounter from him. Aphecyn's final trial was to overcome the hatred that boiled up inside him after Kyle told him how they met. After overcoming this and not killing Kyle, he was elected to the Council. My version of the story only takes place on three planets: Coruscant, Mandalore, and Dathomir.

I was told that this was the proper place to post such a topic... What I am proposing and hoping to discuss is a mod project that I'm sure would prove to be worthwhile called Star Wars ~ Episode VII. It's basically a game version of my version of Episode VII (yes, I am aware that Episode VII is already under production BUT since it's Disney doing it...I don't have very high expectations...) I'm going to have to learn a lot to help do this but what I'm going to need is a skinner or two, some people willing to donate their voices for the characters lol, a mapper...or two, and a cheerleader would be nice too lol. I am willing to discuss the storyline and practically anything else about this that anyone wants to discuss. So...let the games begin.

I've decided to use my own voice and try to imitate Starkiller's for the dialouge... It's not going all too well so far but it might work out. It's not supposed to be perfect as it is meant for my personal use but whenever I finish the mod, if someone wants it, I wouldn't mind sharing.
