Can't get jaMME to run properly.

Recently installed jaMME and sorted all it's components as instructed, but every time I click start_jaMME.cmd, I get an error saying ''The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).''

I'm currently using the steam version of the game.

It's a Windows side problem. Try google it.
