Luke Skywalker with Hood and Cape?

Hi! I have a model/skin request for someone who's willing. All I need is a simple addition to the in-game Luke model, which are the hood and cape he wears inside Jabba's Palace in Return of the Jedi, like the image down below.

I hope this isn't too hard of a model to make, if so, I'm perfectly fine. I just thought it would be a nice addition.

If the model could be coded for NPCs as well (Sith version, as well, maybe?), that would be great. Thank you!

(I've already checked this site for a similar model, and I didn't get any results. If this model already exists, could a link please be provided?)
