JA - Can't launch through game files / Mods broken

So i've been trying to use MD2 and MB2 but I can't launch MB2 through the launcher or MD2 through the .bat (loading mod doesnt work correctly) as it comes up with an application load error everytime I try to launch it through the game files and not steam, regardless of it being mod or me doing it myself.

 

 

I've already tried running as admin and XP (SP3) compatibility mode as well as verifying cache.

 

Any ideas?

You can't run Steam version from .BAT file or any shortcuts (exclude shortcuts created on desktop throught Steam) or .EXE, you must run Jedi Academy throught Steam and in MODS choose mod which you want, or in Steam, right-click on game, Properties->General->Set launch options... and there +set fs_game <mod_name_folder> (example: want to run JA+, +set fs_game japlus).
