Dev commands for JKA multiplayer?

So i want to say that this is not for cheating at all, i will only be using them on a password protected server hosted by me.  I merely wish to use noclip to look around the maps, get a feel for how they were constructed and such.

 

Somebody told me what it was a few weeks ago but i forgot now and it was in IRC so the chat wasn't saved. 

 

For example if i wanted to use noclip on Tatooine, how would i enable it?  I know it has to be done from the main menu and such with devmap or something but i forget the rest xD
